Description
CEBU Restaurant and Bar is named after an island in the Philippines first colonized by the Spanish in the early 16th Century. The restaurant is appropriately set in colonial grandeur amidst vaulting ceilings, Corinthian columns and jewel-like crystal light fixtures. A serpentine shaped bar flanked by a sweeping banquette separates the main dining area and provides an elegant venue for cocktail parties and happy hour events.
Authentic Philippine fare fuses indigenous island foods and spices with Spanish cuisine imported by the island early colonists. Cebu's menu captures this unique romance of cultures with an extensive Filipino Tapas menu of over 20 items, most of which are priced at a modest $6.00, thus allowing our patrons to partake of an eclectic sampling of savory dishes. A full complement of entrees are also available. Please consult our menu page for complete prices and descriptions.
A full selection of imported wines are available, many by the glass. Our knowledgeable servers are prepared to suggest different wine pairings with your various food selections. Specialty drinks are available nightly.
When the last of our diners have finished savoring their specialty desserts or after dinner cognacs, Cebu slowly transforms into an elegant New York style lounge. The music turns rhythmic and pulsating, with Djs spinning on weekends and many other nights. With its computerized theatrical sound and lighting system, Cebu morphs into a truly unique Philadelphia night scene. VIP area and bottle service are available.
