The Jeff Cooper C.A.R.E. Foundation is dedicated to Cardiac Awareness, Research, and Education primarily for adults aged 18-35 who are greatly affected by cardiomyopathy and are largely unaware of its symptoms and effects. In light of the untimely passing of Jeff Cooper, the foundation was formed to create strategic partnerships, utilize resources and raise funds to increase awareness and prevention of this silent killer.
